With many years of experience we support and organise a variety of English language related activities in Senegal. Our new refurbished Teaching Centre in Dakar has been open for 4 successful years and over 5000 satisfied adult students have taken quality English language courses with us. With some of the most highly qualified EFL teachers in Senegal, a wealth of resources and a variety of programmes to choose from, we are the organisation best placed to help you achieve your goals.

We offer general English courses at all levels to help you improve your chances of success professionally and personally. The range of courses includes: all levels of General English, Business English courses, exam preparation. We also run tailor made programmes (e.g. Communication & Business English, Leadership), delivered in the workplace for our growing number of corporate clients.

As a student on our Adult English language courses you have free use of the Resource Centre for the duration of your course where you have free internet access and can use a wide selection of software for self study in English.

How can I register?

If you are a new student you will need to take a placement test before enrolling in one of our courses. This involves a written test and a speaking test with one of our teachers. Following the test we will match your language needs and learning requirements to a suitable class.

Please note placement testing happens during registration.

How much will the course cost?
Placement Test (for new students) 5 000 FCFA
Adult General English and Business English 90 000 FCFA
Conversation Class 45 000 FCFA
How can I pay for my course?
Payments for courses must be paid in full before your course starts. You can pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer. We will give you more details when you come in to do the placement test. Once you have paid you will be issued with a receipt detailing the time and location of your course, your student ID number and your class teacher.
What courses can I take?
Adult General English - Expand your communication skills and improve your grammar 
6 weeks, 16 classes, 32 hours (2 hours classes, Monday and Wednesday and every second Friday or Tuesday and Thursday and every second Friday)

Adult Business English Level 4 - Intermediate 
Mondays and Wednesdays 1530 to 1730 and every second Friday 1530 to 1730

Adult Business English Level 5 - Upper Intermediate 
Tuesdays and Thursdays 1800 to 2000 and every second Friday 1800 to 2000

Adult Business English Level 6 - Advanced 
Mondays and Wednesdays 1800 to 2000 and every second Friday 1800 to 2000

Conversation Class Intermediate level 
Every Saturday from 13 June to 25 July 2009 - 1000 to 1200

Conversation Class Upper Intermediate level 
Every Saturday from 13 June to 25 July 2009 - 1000 to 1200

Registration times: Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1830 and Saturday from 0900 to 1600.

What are the Course times?

Our Teaching Centre operates from Monday to Friday. Note that classes at certain times may not run, depending on demand. Courses are currently being offered on the following days and at the following times:

Adult General English and Business English Monday to Friday, 1000 - 1200, 1530 - 1730, and 1800 - 2000
Corporate Clients Class times can be during normal office working hours or, subject to negotiation, according to your requirements and trainer availability.
Conversation classes Every Saturday 1000 - 1200
Who are our teachers?

All our teachers are professionally qualified, native speakers of English. All are fully qualified and experienced in teaching English as a foreign language. They will use progressive methods of teaching to help you communicate and enjoy the experience of learning English.
