Fast Track' has been designed to help you refresh your management skills and take you to the next level. If you're a recent graduate, or have two to three years' experience in management, 'Fast Track' can provide practical support and give you the confidence to excel. If you're an experienced manager, it can also help you to refresh your skills, challenge your thinking and prepare you for new management roles.
'Fast Track' helps you to learn quickly with continuous assessment and a practical connection to your own work environment. This helps you to practise your skills and apply your new areas of knowledge - providing an immediate practical benefit to your workplace. Each module also provides an opportunity for you to gain development points from professional bodies.
Your 'Fast Track' module contains three work tasks, designed to expand your management knowledge and experience.

A workbook containing 40 'workouts', summarising your learning from course books, guides and articles. |

Discussion groups that promote a deeper understanding of the subject, encourage new thinking and allow you to challenge perceptions. |

The 'knowledge check': a 120 question test to check your understanding of the topic. A pass mark of 80 per cent is needed to receive a 'British Council Certificate of Achievement'. |
