Supporting African leaders
InterAction is our Leadership Programme to help you understand your role as a leader

Our programme is running in 19 African countries, United Kingdom and Pakistan, InterAction attracts leaders from diverse cultural and occupational backgrounds, who converge and work together to understand the complexity of their common challenges and explore opportunities to make meaningful contributions to their community. Businessmen and women, parliamentarians, lecturers, economists, community leaders, activists, public and private sector leaders; all are seeing and facilitating positive social change in their workplace, businesses, constituencies and communities.

Our Malawi office will be running a series of 3-day InterAction Offshoots Workshops from August 2008 to March 2009.

During these workshops: you will focus on exploring your assumptions about leadership. You will think about the impact you have on others and how you see yourself. You will learn that small actions within your organisation or life can bring about change and demonstrate that YOU can make a difference. You will also have the opportunity to practise new techniques with your peers. You will also be introduced to methods on how to facilitate change, work effectively with conflict and challenge behaviour constructively.

There is a participant’s fee of MK 35, 000.00 which covers refreshments, a participant’s workbook and a Certificate of Participation.

How do I register?

The participant’s fee, programme and application form will be available during the month of June 2008. For more information don't hesitate to contact us.
