Customer Feedback

The British Council and CEB, an independent research company, invite you to participate in a survey about the British Council's customer service.

The survey will help us find out how we can provide excellent customer service to you and how we can shape it according to your needs. We would like to know how you feel and what is important to you when we serve you.

To say thank you! for helping us, you can enter your email address at the end of the survey for a chance to win one of five kindles. We will contact you before the end of April if you have won.

This survey will take approximately five minutes to complete. Your responses will only be used to improve our customer service, so please be as honest and direct as possible. We are very grateful for your time in responding to the survey.

Education and Society
Through our work we engage young and influential Namibians in different partnerships with both government and non-governmental organizations. We use these partnerships to implement programmes that focus on English language, sport, education, and leadership training.
DelPHE: The Delphe programme was a successful project which was implemented in several countries in the region. It ended in March 2013 and DfiD gave a very good rating. As the programme is now closed, there has been a selection of projects to represent each of the Millennium Development Goals. The selected case studies are from Uganda, Ethiopia, Nigeria and Sudan. The cases show how much can be achieved with a comparatively small amount of funding, partners that are well-matched and lots of enthusiasm and support from staff and students at the institutions who took part in DelPHE to make their projects work. Please view the DelPHE case studies document.
