Do you want to earn an academic qualification from a leading UK institution? The British Council administers exams on behalf of many UK universities and colleges, making distance learning possible around the world. HOW DO I REGISTER?

You need to register for your exam directly with the institution you are enrolled with.

Fill in an online form from the university and bring it to the British Council together with the bank slip showing evidence of payment and one recent passport photograph with a clear background. You will also fill an additional British Council Kenya payment details form.

WHAT ARE THE FEES?

British Council charges a fee for administering your exams and for sending your scripts via courier to your institution. The cost per paper for University of London examinations is KES 7,900 per paper. All other UK universities are charged KES 9,000.

For exams hosting at weekends and on public holidays, the charges are £100 or KES 14000 for all other UK universities and Professional Exams.

All payments are made at any Standard Chartered Bank branch. All branches in Nairobi have customised banking slips for The British Council. If you are outside Nairobi, the bank account details are:

WHEN WILL I GET MY RESULTS?
Collect the results from the British Council for University of London and Cambridge. All other universities send the results directly to the candidates.
