When can I attend an IELTS workshop?
All our workshops are fully booked for this year. We will provide dates of upcoming workshops as soon as possible. Watch this space for future available dates. We thank you for your patience.
When will I get my results?

Results are available 13 days after the exam. You can either pick your results up from our office or request them to be sent to you.

Unfortunately results cannot be given over the phone, by fax or email, and we are only allowed to give ONE certificate to each student. Candidates can however request to pick up their results in person instead of receiving them by post. This request can be made on the date of the exam and we will ask you to add your name to our collection list. When the results are available we will call you; to collect your results you simply need to bring your ID book.

In addition to the certificate given to the candidate, candidates can request on their application forms (Section 24), that up to 5 copies of the results be sent to receiving institutions. Receiving institutions are local academic institutions (e.g. universities) and overseas institutions not registered to view candidate results online. Registered institutions only receive results online; here is a list of registered institutions. Unfortunately we cannot send to local institutions or departments (e.g. immigration agents).

What will happen before the Exam?

You will receive your first confirmation letter after we have received your application form and confirmed your payment. The confirmation will include the date of the examination, reporting time, venue details as well as your oral exam timings.

Please note that the oral exam takes place seven (7) days before or seven days after the written Exam. A limited number of appointments are available on the same day.

You will receive the last confirmation letter with your candidate number seven (7) days prior to the exam date. Should you not receive a confirmation letter please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I prepare for the exam?

We can help you prepare for your exam in two ways:

1. Purchase an IELTS study pack, containing a CD-ROM, handbook, exam information, and practice papers. Download and complete the Registration form.

2. You can also join one of our workshops to help you achieve the best results.

The IELTS Exam has a very special style and structure, and examiners expect specific styles of responses to the questions. It is therefore vital that you are well-prepared for this exam. Our practice material will familiarise you with the exam, by looking at example questions, and help you produce the kinds of responses the examiners are looking for.

What should I take to the exam?
Proof of your identity (ID book or passport). This must be valid and must be the same document used when you apply for the IELTS exam. No other form of identification will be accepted.
Two passport sized photographs if you haven't submitted any before the exam date. Note that your results cannot be printed without a photo.
Pen and pencil.

Please note: If you do not have the correct identification document or you do not bring the two photographs, you will not be able to take the Exam. Make sure you arrive on time so that you have enough time to get comfortable.

Where can I write my exam?
Our choice of the exam venue is dependant on the number of candidates. You will be notified in advance of the venue where you are to take your IELTS Exam.
