Rosamund Marshall
Ros has over thirty years of management experience in education-based businesses and is currently the CEO of kidsunlimited, the fourth largest nursery schools operator in the UK.
kidsunlimited has 63 nurseries providing childcare and education to 7000 babies and children from 3 months to 5 years of age. Through effective change management and establishing a company culture with high quality recruitment, training and support to 2000 staff, the company has delivered a programme of growth and expansion throughout economic recession.
Previously Ros was Chief Operating Officer of Nord Anglia Education PLC, where she developed and managed school improvement contracts and inspection services for Ofsted, along with operating and expanding British International Schools in Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
She was a key member of the management team that sold the company in 2008 to Baring Asia for more than 25x earnings. Her formative training and management experience was gained through twenty-five years with Sodexo, the leading international support services provider.
Ros is currently a Trustee of the National Children’s Orchestras of Great Britain and is a keen supporter of the Arts and Education.
