British Council Oman ran its first open Springboard women’s self development programme in February 2009 with 20 candidates coming from different organisations and backgrounds throughout Oman including the Ministry of social Development, Oman Oil, the British Embassy and the Research Council.

What did women from Oman say about their experience in the programme?
