(Conducted by Youth Sports Trust)
The leadership and organisation skills training were conducted through a three-day workshop led by Carol Hawman, an experienced UK trainer. During the training, the Young Advocates learnt what it takes to be a good leader, sports management skills, what to note when organising different sports games for both able-bodied and disabled children, and event management skills. These skills have equipped them to become Young Advocates ready to spread the Paralympic spirit and promote social inclusion in their communities.
