75th Anniversary
As British Council offices around the world observed the organization’s 75th anniversary on 5 November 2009, our Washington, DC, office decided to mark the occasion by spending the day volunteering at the Special Olympics.

Increase your employability by getting a "green" degree. President Obama recently created a task force on green jobs - and UK universities offer a variety of undergraduate and graduate environmental degrees, ranging from policy and business to engineering and design.
