Dedicated to contemporary digital arts and design, onedotzero is an internationally acclaimed organisation which aims to promote innovation across all forms of moving image and interactive arts. It showcases a range of activities, from events and special publications to education programmes and the artistic direction in a series of diverse projects.
Faithful to its free-to-enter submission policy, it encourages young talent as well as working artists to submit their work for the annual festivals, while the pioneering touring festival has received an enthusiastic reception from both audiences and critics.
Travelling around the world, the festival aims to present the most exciting ideas and makes a stop in Athens, where – in collaboration with the Athens Video Art Festival 2011 – it gives us the opportunity to present to you four of its most important international touring screening programmes.
The screenings will be introduced by three members of the festival’s creative team, Elizabeth Waite, Joanna Shallow and Shane Walter.
