InterAction Strategic Leaders Programme (IASLP) is an innovative programme that focuses the skills of professionals.  It offers the opportunity for recognised leaders from the public, private and voluntary sectors in Africa and the UK, to explore issues that can transform your organisation.

IASLP is robust – It is anchored in the transformational leadership theory and is built around the pillars of appreciative inquiry, systems thinking and working with difference.

IASLP works – The British Council has run the programme for four years, in the UK and 20 African countries. Over 1,000 leaders now use its tools to understand better their own role as leaders, and to bring out the best in their teams.
